Zendesk, a customer service platform has announced the launch of a new offering Basic Voice, which enables affordable, fast and reliable phone support for companies of all sizes. Basic Voice allows agents to offer support from the same platform which they use to administer all the support channels and receive calls, which includes mobile phones and the Zendesk browser. By rolling out Basic Voice, Zendesk can now offer solutions to organizations in any stage of their growth.
