SUMMARY: After speaking to and listening to dozens of companies this year, we are beginning to notice that some digital innovators are no longer using legacy as reason not to try stuff. As the year draws to a close, I thought it might be useful to reflect on some of the dozens of customer sessions and case study interviews I’ve had the benefit of delving into over the past twelve months.
