UMD students bring Neuroscience to Cloquet Middle School

Seventh graders got to dissect a brains and learn how it functions. A UMD student said she hopes their lab not only educates the seventh graders but sparks an on-going love of science. Mariah Schumacher, a UMD student, said “You should nurture the science love from the beginning, and the brain is really important because it is part of us and a lot of people don’t know what the lobes of the brains are.
