One half of the blogging crew at Marginal Revolution, a must-read blog for anyone interested in economic theory, Cowen is easily one of the most engaging thinkers in the country. He has received a lot of attention for his recent books, The Great Stagnation and Average Is Over, both of which grapple with the economic implications of rapid technological change.
