Anahita Moghaddam will lead a workshop on the science and psychology of joy at the Tibetan Buddhist Center at 30 Putnam Park Road on Saturday, Jan. 23, from 10 to noon. “Participants will examine the human condition, from the perspective of evolutionary neurobiology and contemplative psychology, and learn practical mind-body techniques for establishing insight and integration into daily lives,” the center said.
