The magical 0.411801

Looking at the Leaderboard, it seems around 75 people received a score of 0.411801. I am just curious how so many people are making the same predictions. Obviously, most people seem to cheating in this first stage in the sense that they are probably building a model using data not available at the start of the March Madness season (e.g. winner 2 years ago had a score of 0.53 and last year winner won with a score of 0.44). The Leaderboard ranking doesn’t really mean much in this phase, but I am just wondering how so many people came up with the same predictions to get a score of 0.411801. Thanks!
