Tech giants pledge support to OpenAI; donate billion for research

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been at times pegged as dangerous for humanity and in a bid to ensure that research on AI advances to the point that it is beneficial to humans, technology giants have pledged $1 billion for OpenAI. OpenAI is a non-profit artificial intelligence (AI) research company and the companies that have lend their support include Infosys, Amazon Web Services, Tesla, and YC Research among other.
