Serving Neuroscience, Serving IBRO and Serving Neuroscientists

Established in 1976, Neuroscience celebrates 40 years of publishing in 2016. Neuroscience is the official journal of IBRO and is overseen by the IBRO Publications Committee. Elsevier publishes 28 issues per year.  The journal features papers describing the results of original research on any aspect of the scientific study of the nervous system. Any paper, however short, is considered for publication provided that it reports significant, new and carefully confirmed findings with full experimental details. Read Vol. 312 published on 15 January 2016, the first issue of the year and the first under the editorial leadership of Juan Lerma (Editor-in-Chief) and Jerome Sanes (Associate Editor).
