Self-learning robot escapes Russian facility, disrupts traffic. A renegade robot caused a traffic jam in the Russian city of Perm after escaping from a testing facility.  Dubbed Promobot, the self-learning machine was learning automotive movement algorithms when it plotted its escape, reported RT.com.  “Our engineer drove onto the testing ground and forgot to close the gates.
