Scientists Announce Development of Artificial Intelligence Could Soon Match Human Intelligence

Scientists out of the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI2) have recently developed a computer system that they report can solve standard geometry problems just like the average high school student (as per the SAT). While the computer’s accuracy was only 49 percent in geometry (scoring 500 out of 800 in the total math section of the SAT) it is actually on par with the average score according to 2015 SAT statistics.
