University of Cambridge – Department of Psychology Location: Cambridge Salary: £28,982 to £37,768 Hours: Full Time Contract Type: Contract / Temporary A postdoctoral research position is available to work with Dr Amy Milton, Dr Dawn Eagle and Professor Trevor Robbins on the neural mechanisms by which pavlovian memories contribute to the development of compulsive checking behaviour in an animal model of obsessive-compulsive disorder. It is expected that applicants will have a Ph.D. or equivalent qualification and highly desirable that they will have graduate or postdoctoral experience in behavioural neuroscience. Expertise in rodent behavioural work is essential; experience of cognitive behavioural testing using operant equipment is highly desirable.
