Report highlights future AI contributions

A panel of academic and industrial thinkers has prepared a report that underlines future AI contributions, targeting the 2030. The report titled, ‘Artificial Intelligence and Life in 2030’, forms to be part of the One Hundred Year Study on Artificial Intelligence (A100), a project of Stanford University. Computer scientist Peter Stone at The University of Texas at Austin believes that specialized AI applications will be more common and useful by 2030. It will improve quality of life for humans. Along with this, AI will also result into hurdles. AI would affect jobs and incomes. Stone believes that there is a need to discuss those issues so that their solutions could be found.
