Professional Development Manager

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, or other relevant field 5 years of progressive experience within a professional society or other non-profit organization (or equivalent combination of education & experience).    Successful track record in leading teams and/or supervisory experience Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated supervisory skills. Strong working knowledge with a variety of online educational and professional development tools and technologies, including webinars and podcasts. Experience organizing professional development/education and training activities and staffing volunteer committees strongly preferred. Experience managing federal grants preferred. The ability to work on multiple projects while producing high quality, error-free work.
