Postdoctoral Fellow, Neural Engineering & Systems Neuroscience

The Translational NeuroEngineering Laboratory (Alik Widge, MD, PhD) in the Division of Neurotherapeutics at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking applicants for a multi-year, Federally funded postdoctoral fellowship in neural engineering and neuroscience methods development. The fellow will join one of a set of projects now starting in our laboratory, all of which center around novel methods for controlling brain activity in a highly specific fashion. The work will involve combinations of electrophysiology, photometry, optogenetics, and thermo-magnetic methods, applied during behavioral experiments in the awake and freely moving rodent.
