Evolent Health said in filings with the state that it is considering a Medicaid Center of Excellence here “to serve as the regional headquarters of its national Medicaid business.” The company sees the center as a way “to provide expertise, operational support and innovative patient-centered care solutions” to improve the delivery of Medicaid services. The filing indicates that the company would invest $26.4 million in rent, $3.1 million in the building/improvements and incur $12.2 million in other startup costs.…
