The new option for customers will be available in select stores in the United States, Europe and Japan. It applies to customers that bring in an iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s or 6s Plus for repairs. If the device can’t connect to iTunes, won’t turn on, or doesn’t make it past the opening logo, then Apple will offer that customer a 16GB iPhone on loan until theirs is repaired.
