MasterCard uses artificial intelligence to help UK sales team

MasterCard is using artificial intelligence (AI) technology from a UK firm in its global startup programme to support teams working on loyalty schemes in the UK.The software was created by Norwich-based Rainbird, one of 60 startups supported by MasterCard’s Start Path Global programme. It captures information, learns over time and can help staff in certain activities. Like many finance firms, MasterCard is supporting startups to gain access to, and test out, the latest IT developments.
