MasterCard partners with AI start-up Rainbird

Previous | Next   MasterCard has partnered with Norwich-based start-up Rainbird to implement the latter’s artificial intelligence technology. The Rainbird AI program aims to help all aspects of a business, according to its website, from contact centres and sales teams to operations and risk. Rainbird will be lending its AI tool to develop a new sales advisory program for the finance giant. The deal, according to Stephane Wyper, Global Lead at MasterCard’s start-up project, Start Path, epitomises the fact that start-ups are now partnering with global companies for mutual benefit.
