Macy’s Artificial Intelligence Customer Service

(WBRE/WYOU) Macy’s is testing an artificial intelligence tool to improve its customer service. The “mobile companion” tool uses AI that let’s shoppers get answers to questions such as, where items are located or what’s in stock? It’s available through a web browser and will accept questions in ten U.S. locations about products, services and facilities.
