Macy to offer customers artificial intelligence-powered help at Mall of Georgia Lenox Square

Business Journal Thursday 21st July, 2016 Macy’s (NYSE:M) said July 20 it plans to test artificial intelligence-powered technology to help for customers at its Mall of Georgia and Lenox Square stores and eight others around the country. ‘Macy’s On Call’ is a mobile web tool accessed via a mobile browser that allows customers to input natural language questions about a store’s products, services and facilities and receive a customized response.
