Gordon Rios is a principal scientist and founding member of Pandora’s Data Science Group, where he focuses on machine learning and music recommendations. He was previously a Marie Curie Research Fellow in Cork, Ireland, after a long career in internet services. Over the course of his career, Gordon has had the privilege of working with several wonderful teams, including the soft computing group at Allstate Research & Planning Center; the pioneering data-mining startup Cogit, Inktomi, Proofpoint, Inc., Yahoo!
