It was a technique to help your brain focus more effectively during times of stress. I’ve got another one for you this month that is designed to keep your brain thinking at full capacity and functioning better on an overall basis. The technique is pretty simple, but might be difficult for some of us to employ, given the routine of our work day. It comes from ” The Brain’s Way of Healing” by Dr. Norman Doidge.
