Hands down, self-driving cars will be all the rage

Welcome to 2016, where corporations are people, and the computer steering your car is a driver. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, responding quietly last week to a Nov. 12 request from the self-driving car unit of Alphabet Inc.
