Folk meets neuroscience at Rutherford concert

Why is it that a song can transport you back in time or make you feel giddy or bring on tears? Folk musician John Dull has been studying this phenomenon for decades. On April 10, Dull will present Folk Music Meets Neuroscience at the Rutherford Congregational Church in Rutherford. A full acoustic concert will be subtly interwoven with a powerful presentation on “the power of song,” while exploring new advances in neuroscience.
