If you don’t have one, it may be either because you paid under a different email address, or the payment wasn’t successful. Check your credit card statement to ensure the payment was successful Check to ensure you don’t have any other accounts with Coursera If you need to contact our 24/7 support center to resolve your issue, you can do so via the Specializations Payments article when you’re logged in to the Help Center.
