Tencent and Felicis Ventures led the round with participation from a syndicate of tech investors including Sun Microsystems co-founder Andy Bechtolsheim, Amplify Ventures, Valor Capital, Tesla investor Bill Lee, and Georges Harik, an early Google employee and AI expert.
