Deutsche Bank is soliciting ideas on how artificial intelligence can improve banking customer service through a “crowdstorming” contest. The contest, being run by crowdstorming platform company jovoto, is the second in a series of such contests Deutsche Bank is running to scout for banking technology innovation. Contestants are invited to submit potentially disruptive ideas on how artificial intelligence can change banking and bank customer service.
