Brain Bee contest slated for Feb. 27 ALBANY — Albany Medical Center’s Center for Neurosciences and Neuropharmacology will host its first local Brain Bee competition Feb. 27. An informational session for interested students will begin at noon Saturday at Albany Medical Center’s Huyck Auditorium, 43 New Scotland Ave. Students ages 13-19 who are interested in the brain and neuroscience are invited to compete against their peers for a chance to participate in the Regional Brain Bee in Baltimore. High school students will answer questions about the brain and its vital functions and get a chance to meet with neuroscientists, neurologists and neurosurgeons.
