What led you to apply to graduate school? The main thing that led me to want to go to grad school is a lot of my experience doing independent research and working alongside professors here on their own research projects. I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Heather Hoffman, and her research projects were a first glimpse for me into what it is to be a researcher and what it is to be a professor, especially at a liberal arts college.
