Cedars Sinai kicks off first digital health accelerator class

Cedars-Sinai and its partner Techstars announced the 11 companies that will join its first digital health accelerator class. The two organizations revealed their plan to launch a digital health accelerator in Los Angeles last year, in October. The accelerator program aims to work with companies that are developing hardware or software to patients manage and improve their health or help healthcare professionals improve care delivery. The three-month accelerator will offer participants $120,000 in funding as well as three months of mentorship and guidance from senior leadership at Cedars-Sinai and the Techstars network.
