Assistant Professor – Behavioral NeuroscienceWilkes University – Wilkes Barre, PAThe Department of Psychology invites applications for a TENURE-TRACK ASSISTANT PROFESSOR position in BEHAVIORAL NEUROSCIENCE to begin August 2016. We seek a person with expertise in the biological underpinnings of behavior in an area related to behavioral neurophysiology/psychophysiology. The successful candidate will be involved in the continued development of our newly established Neuroscience major. The successful applicant will be expected to teach advanced undergraduate level courses including Behavioral Neuroscience Seminar, Research Methods and Statistics, and specialty courses in his/her area of expertise. The typical teaching load is 4 courses per semester.Candidates should have broad training in Behavioral Neuroscience and Psychology, demonstrated excellence in teaching, and evidence of scholarly productivity commensurate with experience.
