Aryeh Routtenberg

Aryeh was a pioneer in the study of neural circuitry and neurochemistry of reward and thirst. He also contributed to our understanding of intracellular signaling mechanisms involved in learning and synaptic plasticity, and was a staunch advocate for posttranslational protein modification as a mechanism for brain information storage.
