Artificial Intelligence Hurdled High School Geometry Test

Robots are becoming smarter as time goes by. Their data processing system evolves in a much faster rate. On Monday, researchers reported that the system, called GeoS, successfully answered 49% of the questions it was given. The robot exhibits remarkable ability of answering geometry questions just like an average high school taking an SAT test. If these results were extrapolated to the entire Math SAT test, the system achieved an SAT score of 500 (out of 800), the average test score for 2015, researchers from the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence said. The institute is funded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
