Artificial intelligence employed for data extractionLondon | 26 January 2016 RAVN Systems has released a new product using artificial intelligence to extract data from International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) master agreements and credit support annexes (CSAs). The RAVN Applied Cognitive Engine (ACE) comes as a response to banks and other market participants in the OTC derivatives market, which are striving to better manage counterparty exposures and corresponding collateral obligations in response to increasing regulatory requirements. Certain ISDA contracts are being renegotiated in order to remove excessive levels of risk, causing documentation management issues for derivatives users, and stretching operations departments.
