Using a new system that not only searches for patterns but also designs the feature set, MIT researchers aim to take the human element out of big-data analysis. Therefore, maybe researchers are able to come up with an explanation that might at least get them initiated on it. The prototype eliminates human intuitions and it makes the searching process at just a fraction of the time it took humans, meaning that humans may become obsolete in big data analysis.
