Airbnb to recruit more minorities as it combats lack of diversity, racism

The program, Airbnb Connect, will offer temporary gigs to people looking to make a career transition. The announcement came as the San Francisco company put on its annual OpenAir conference which this year has a big focus on combating discrimination on online platforms and eliminating bias in hiring decisions.
